SPECIAL!I can well say that La Dispensa di Memmo, expertly managed by Valentina, who recently took over the business, is a special place.Special because the dishes we were able to try (and we tried several, having gone several times, in a few days), were all very good, from the starters, plentiful and also creative, to the first courses, the second courses and the side dishes. Ah! Even desserts, let's not forget, are special (and I'm a stickler for desserts)!Special because the products used are of the highest quality, coming from local producers.Special because, by virtue of what was previously said, the menu offering adapts to what the period and the suppliers offer. And this, in my opinion, is synonymous with a guarantee of the raw material and, above all, of its freshness, as well as better management of the menu (rather than providing standardized menus, full of dishes, difficult to manage, the focus is on - is it right to say this? - seasonality, more freshness, more quality of what is used).Special because the pasta is homemade... The desserts are homemade... The meat is excellent and local... Etc., etc.Special because, speaking of prices, well!.. There is little to say: quality-price ratio: superlative.Special because the environment where you are is beautiful, welcoming.Special because, well... ...it's not the first time we've come to this place since Valentina manages it, it's a point of reference for us who are passing through...yesterday Sunday at 2.50pm she welcomed us as if it were 1pm she made us sit near the fireplace and pampered us with its genuine but refined cuisine, always attentive to raw materials. The portions are generous (see attached photos) excellent value for money. The place is nice and really welcoming... at the moment the outside is under renovation and the place seems closed... but don't hesitate and come in and you will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks Valentina we will be back soon.

A friend took us last Sunday to the Arcinazzo plateaus for a trip with a hearty meal and so it was. The food was really very good, starting with the appetizers of excellent and abundant cold cuts and cured meats, a beautiful and delicious fettuccine, chicory, bacon and pecorino and finally excellent desserts. If you happen to be in the area don't miss this place, but remember to book in advance.

Nice clean and tidy place, everything is in its place, very well looked after!! The service was good. The foods were a hit fresh, high quality products cooked very well. I will definitely be back!I recommend you try it!

Opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant in the Altipiani Di Arcinazzo (FR), the place is really pleasant, it is very clean, tidy, and well stocked, with an excellent wine cellar. I ate fettuccine with courgettes, bacon and blended parmesan. I have to say the dish was truly exceptional. I also ate a sirloin of beef accompanied by vegetables in oil, the sirloin was very large and had a good flavour, plus the manager of the restaurant was a very friendly and kind lady, careful to make customers feel at ease.

Very friendly staff and really great food. The room is made of very welcoming wood. We had a good and plentiful house starter. For the first course I had gnocchi my way and my wife courgettes and bacon. We woke up really satisfied. Well done, keep it up.
